Yin & Somatics Teacher Training Contract

Thank you for registering for this continuing education! Your commitment to your craft is admirable. I know that you will gain knowledge and skills that you will use for years to come and I am thrilled for the opportunity to work with you.

Please review the following terms and conditions:

Payment Plan: A payment plan is available for early registrants only. If you choose this option, your credit card will be billed $267/month for 3 months. If a payment is declined you have 7 days to update the card and process the renewal. If you do not complete the payment your registration will be cancelled without refund.

Refund Policy:

You may cancel your registration within 14 days of registering. $60 will be retained to cover credit card and admin fees. The rest will be refunded to your card within 7 business days. Please note that it can take an additional 10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.

Prerequisite:

The weekend intensive has a prerequisite which is included in your purchase. Module I is an online, on demand course hosted on this website. After registration you will be receive instructions on how to access your course. The module I course MUST be completed before you arrive for the intensive.

Practicum:

After your intensive you will have practicum requirements to receive your certificate. 5 group class sequences and documentation must be submitted electronically to mandy@yoga.mandryle.com by September 9. 2025. If you would like feedback on your practicum experience, you may purchase private, virtual coaching from Mandy for $100/hour. Please inquire if you would like to take advantage of this option.

Make ups:

There are no makeups or refunds available should you miss all or any part of the intensive weekend. It is highly recommended that you purchase trip insurance to cover any expenses incurred should you experience a major conflict. Please be certain that your training investment is a covered expense.

Training etiquette:

By signing this contract you agree to the following:

I will arrive at least 5-10 minutes before training begins each day so that I fully prepared to learn when the session begins
I will exercise curiosity, patience and compassion throughout the process
I will discuss concerns and problems with Mandy as they arise so that a resolution may be found in a timely manner
I will contribute freely to discussions but be respectful of the tight training schedule and the generous attention of all students
