Payment and cancellation policy

You have two options to secure your spot and register for this Wellness Retreat in the Dominican Republic

Pay in Full upon registration

Use a Payment Plan. If you use a payment plan your payment will be divided into 4 equal installments. Your deposit will be the first installment. Monthly installments will be automatically charged to your card on file on the same date each month. Missed payments must be paid within 14 days or you forfeit your registration and your payments.

We understand that sometimes things happen. For that reason we offer a refund policy.

If you cancel 180 days before the first day of the retreat, Mandy Ryle Yoga retains $200 of your retreat price

If you cancel 90 days before the first day of the retreat Mandy Ryle Yoga Retains 50% of your retreat price

Cancellation 0-60 days before the first day of the retreat will receive no refund. Please understand that by this point the vendors have been paid and funds cannot be recovered.

Intent to cancel must be received by email by Mandy at mandy@yoga.mandyryle.com. The send date of the email will reflect the date of cancellation. Your refund, if due, will be credited to the same credit card you used to register within 10 business days. Funds can take another 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.

It is highly recommended that you purchase trip insurance or check with your credit card company to ensure that you are covered in the event of the unexpected. We recommend Nomad Travel Insurance. My company is an affiliate with Nomad and may receive a commission if you purchase through the link)
