Intro to Pain Care Yoga


This free, digital mini course is an introduction to Pain Care Yoga. You will learn about your pain and you will gain easy and assessable tools for recovery that you can begin immediately. You are welcome to come back to these lessons as often as you need to as your access will not expire.



Pain Care Yoga is an evidence based biopsychosocial approach. In this short mini course you will experience some of the pillars of PCY: Education, mindfulness, interoception, movement and breathing. These are the same practices I assign my pain care clients. I’ve also included some evidence for each lesson so you can see how it all works.
