Strength Challenge Live Q & A: Month One

Each month our group will meet live for strength training education. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and check-in with other challenges as well. Our discussion will take about an hour. These meetings will be recorded in case you want to review or can’t make the live call.
For month one we will discuss the role of rest and recovery in building strength and resilience. Rest is one of the most important variables in getting stronger, yet is often the most neglected. Adequate recovery will ensure you are not only building strength but protecting yourself from injury. Learn about all of your options for rest and recovery.
