Live Workout: Month One – Workout B

Needing a bit of guidance for your challenge? This live class will show you the exercises and structure for your Month One – Workout B, otherwise known as IB. You may use this registration item for both in the in person and virtual option.
The workout will last about an hour but there will be time for questions after class. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to ensure that we can begin on time. In addition to your Yoga mat, you will need your resistance bands. If you are working out from home you will need a bench or sturdy chair.
