About This Course

Pain is so complex. It’s so much more complicated than we have been led to believe. The fact is, we have a chronic pain epidemic in the US. Over 20% of adults live with daily pain. That is a staggering, heartbreaking amount of suffering. My mission is to help those who suffer. I believe that Yoga has a great deal to offer and many of the techniques that are pillars of the Yoga tradition align with current research. In other words, simple strategies work. They are drug free, don’t require a co-pay and are accessable to nearly everyone. This free, digital mini course is an introduction to Pain Care Yoga. You will learn about your pain and you will gain easy and assessable tools for recovery that you can begin immediately. You are welcome to come back to these lessons as often as you need to as your access will not expire.
