The days that I can settle in for a 60-90 minute home practice are few and far between. Most of the time though a quick 30 minute class feels just right and doesn’t keep me from the other million things that I need to do as a business owner, teacher, mom, dog owner etc…

This practice will take you just about 30 minutes. It’s a nicely paced creative Vinyasa designed to free tight hips. Some standing strength work for hips is within as well as a healthy dose of core stabilization drills. I don’t always love a gazillion chaturangas when I am on my mat at home so this class is chaturanga free though there is plenty of weight bearing for the upper body.

Enjoy! Please let me know what you think and let me know if you have any requests for a future class.

Please note: The recorded class ends at the beginning of Savasana! Please take at least a few minutes on your own.
