30 Minute Vinyasa for Hips and Core
The days that I can settle in for a 60-90 minute home practice are few and far between. Most of the time though a quick 30 minute class feels just right and doesn’t keep me from the other million things that I need to do as a business owner, teacher, mom, dog owner etc…
This practice will take you just about 30 minutes. It’s a nicely paced creative Vinyasa designed to free tight hips. Some standing strength work for hips is within as well as a healthy dose of core stabilization drills. I don’t always love a gazillion chaturangas when I am on my mat at home so this class is chaturanga free though there is plenty of weight bearing for the upper body.
